FOOD IG: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: hand made pastas. Literally everything. Everyone recommended me more dishes to try so I assume this place has a lot of good favorites! THE VIBE: very posh and I would say fit a "snobbier" demographic lol. That won't deter me from a restaurant though! It's SO loud inside, definitely sit outside or a weekday lunch. PRICE: ~$70 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes. **** Overall Rating: 8/10 - I have been wanting to try this place for so long because it seems like everyone and their mother absolutely loves this place! With good reason. - The cacio e Pepe lacked a bit of flavor but nothing red chili flakes couldn't fix. I really liked it because I feel like you could taste the quality of the pasta and cheese which I give credit to. - The chopped salad was good overall, however, I felt like it was extremely salty. But since the cacio e Pepe was way more mild they both balanced each other out sharing both. - The house made foccacia was my favorite!!! The whipped ricotta was divine. I would definitely go back just for this. There's lots of rosemary which I love but if you don't get this lol. - Overall, I would come back to try more dishes. Dress on the nicer side coming here. The service was decent!

Great food and great service! Dimly lit restaurant with attentive service. They have outdoor dining, too. The cacio e Pepe was delicious, it's a heavy dish but that's to be expected. The Al limone was delicious, too...that was a lemony pasta with nice sized shrimp. The sea bass was my favorite, though... it was savory and tender with sweet raisins on top that complemented the flavor of the fish. My favorite starter was their fried risotto.... It was soooo good. The crispy artichoke starter was definitely crispy and flakey. It tastes very good with the dip it came with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food!

Service was great and the food was better. The bracco cocktail was a great drink and was the perfect drink for the night!

This was my first time visiting il Bracco and the experience was truly exceptional. The service and selection of dishes were outstanding. Highly recommend their signature ilBracco frozen drink. It's hard not to order a second one! Parking is easy with plenty of spaces available.

Had a good time at il Bracco! It was our last meal before we left Dallas and we weren't disappointed. The pasta and focaccia were amazing. We ordered sides but they didn't bring them out so we just had it removed from our bill. They provided us with a complimentary sundae which was so so good. Vanilla ice cream + olive oil + salted pistachios = delicious. Parking lot on the side of the building. The ambience of the restaurant felt fancy but cozy.

We have been to Il Bracco in Houston and loved it so we tried it in Dallas! The sandwich was absolutely incredible and very tasty. The salad was not as good but still tasty. It had large chunks of fruits and veggies that were hard to eat unless cut up. We went Sunday after church and it was packed but we were able to get a seat without a reservation! I would come back but would probably explore other restaurants first.

Ambiance was lively as always! Service is wonderful at the bar and our table. Hostesses friendly and efficient. It always puts me in a good mood before I even order. Nice wine list with some good chiantis. Food was delicious as usual. Salads are large and sharable. We shared the Tuscan Grains salad - unusual, but delicious we thought. For entrees, the SPICY GEMELLI is one of my favorites and take the server's tip and add a fried chicken breast to it. Great combination I would have never thought of. The roast chicken was complimented by our friends. The only dish the four of us were not excited about was the pesto rigatoni. My wife loves pesto but would not order it again.

Came to il Bracco with a group of five for a girls' night out at the end of March and we had an excellent time! Our reservation was for 5:30 PM which felt really early for a Saturday dinner but the place was already popping when we arrived. The other girls had been to il Bracco before but it was my first time so we ordered a bunch of things to split. I started with the asti 76 cocktail that was very tasty! The crispy artichokes had an excellent flavor but a tad too much gristle to be truly top tier, but the focaccia and whipped ricotta was excellent. Love that it came with five pieces as well so we could each eat one piece. Both salads were delightful; the chopped salad was super flavorful and the burrata with the seasonal strawberries and rhubarb was light and balanced. I was definitely looking forward to the pastas the most and for the most part, they did not disappoint! My favorites of the night were the spicy gemelli (LOVE a spicy vodka sauce and il Bracco's was truly *chef kiss*) and the cacio e pepe, which came with a wider noodle that had a delectable chew. The pesto rigatoni was also very good and flavorful. The bolognese was fine; the sauce was nothing to write home about, but the pasta itself was also very nice. Al dente perfection all the way! Servers were very helpful in explaining the menu and being prompt with requests/clearing out empty dishes. Ambience was super fun, and though it was crowded it never got so loud that we couldn't hear each other in conversation. Probably helped that we were in one of the corner booths! il Bracco does the classics very well; I can see myself returning whenever I'm in the area and craving Italian food.

Visiting from Los Angeles, we found this spot our last night in Dallas. Perfect way to end our trip. I'd describe the restaurant as elevated casual. Comfortable with a slight sophistication. Think country club vibe perhaps? The food was second to none. Honestly, this is one place I'd return to on future trips. Feel free to steal from our selections. I think we'd get the exact same things again! 1. Bean salad 2. Beef tartar 3. Combo sandwich 4. Chopped salad 5. Spicy gemelli pasta
